* Nurses/ Allied Health Professionals: In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

** Students: In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded during the online registration (i.e. approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID).

*** Valid for members of the following National societies, affiliated with WHAHC – SEHAD, FNEHAD, HITH, AAHCM, UK Hospital at Home Society, TSHHC, SHaHS, NHAHS, Israeli Society of Hospital at Home. In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of a valid document, proving your membership in the National Association must be uploaded during the online registration.
